The athletic department is planning to host our annual athletic awards ceremony in person on Thursday June 17 at 6pm in the C-CPAC. Due to time constraints and capacity limitations, the athletic office is planning to send out email invitations to all student award winners to their C-C email address and ask for a fairly quick RSVP from them. This RSVP request is for student attendance only. Until we get a head count on how many students will be attending, we cannot promise the ability for parents or others to attend. We plan to livestream the ceremony so that all can view it. If by chance we are able to open up attendance to additional guests, we will have to create a system for that as well. For now, please ask your son/daughter to watch out for this email and reply as soon as possible to assist in the planning process. Thank you very much.
