➢ Ages 12 and under. Athletes will be paired appropriately based on age.
➢ NFHS Rules with the following weights/period length:
○ 45, 50, 55, 60, 65, 70, 77, 84, 91, 99, 108, 118, 130, 150
○ 1, 1 ½ , 1 ½
